Policy Assistant
The Policy Assistant is designed to help whether you’re drafting a brand-new policy or reviewing an existing one.
For new policies, simply provide a few key details:
- Policy Title (e.g. “Working at Height Policy”)
- Additional Context (e.g. industry-specific requirements or certifications)
- Where the Policy Applies (e.g. “United Kingdom”)
The system submits this to a pre-screened, industry-leading AI engine, returning:
- A Policy Outline, structured into logical sections like Purpose, Scope, Responsibilities, and Legal References
- Suggested content for each section including core policy details, job roles, regulations, and ISO references
- An export-ready document you can download in Word format – making it easy to apply your own formatting, circulate for internal feedback, and review with your Top Management team
For existing policies, you can input current content and receive:
- A structural review that flags missing or unclear sections
- Suggested improvements aligned with best practices and relevant standards
- Guidance to modernise or strengthen existing documentation
You can export any output to Word for further editing and internal review. The AI engine is regularly reviewed by the Activ team for quality, reliability, and alignment with ISO and business expectations – but as always, final approval should come from your Top Management team.
